Downtown OKC BID services include maintenance of 230 BID blocks by the Downtown OKC Clean Teams.  DOKC outsources the Clean Team contract to locally owned and operated First Maintenance Company. The Clean Team provides enhanced maintenance year-round.  This dedicated team of individuals work hard to  improve the appearance of the downtown area through:

• Power-washing, sweeping and maintaining over 20 miles of sidewalks each year
• Litter & debris pick-up
• Trash removal - 200+ receptacles
• Special event assistance
• Weed control
• Report lights out, graffiti and damaged property.
