Project: On April 4, 2011, the adjacent six-story glass atrium opened, serving as a the new front door for both the Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center and the OU Children’s Physicians Medical Office Building. The Atrium will serve as both an entrance and a gathering space for young patients, their families and medical professionals from both the hospital and physicians' offices.

St. Anthony Education Center

Project: Construction was recently completed on the $1.7 million, 17,000 square foot Education Center located on the 4th floor of the Saints Medical Plaza. The Education Center features state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, a large 354-seat conference room, a board room and the ability to have multiple breakout areas. An outdoor patio gathering area features spectacular views of the downtown skyline.

Hadden Hall Renovation

Project: After housing a neon sign workshop, a Bible museum, and a travel agency during various times in its 99-year history, Hadden Hall in Midtown has recently been restored to its original use as housing. The building at 215 NW 10th St. consists of 18 newly renovated one bedroom units.

Project: Design and construction is complete on three residential condominiums atop the 33-story office tower in downtown Oklahoma City. Three more floors are available for custom residential design. This project includes a new indoor parking facility for residents and a complete renovation of the building’s infrastructure.
